The pride of our farm are our famous ancient cereal crackers. Our crackers, with their flavour and fragrance, are loved by all. We are in fact the only company in Lombardy to make these organic products with ancient cereals, rendering them light and tasty, even when eaten on their own.

Among our most important products, a special mention goes to Bergamasque polenta, which originates from Val Gandino, where the first corn crops (Spinato di Gandino) were grown in 1632. Imagine how proud we are to be able to give you the pure flavour of our Bergamasque polenta.

OUR PRODUCTS
Agrigal is a modern farm that makes organic products with traditional methods. Our specialities are crackers, flour and snacks made with the famous Spinato di Gandino corn, cultivated according to organic methods in the ancient Bergamasque valley of Val Gandino. All our products are processed in an artisan manner and stand out from others available. Thanks to the cultivation processes used, their unique flavour and fragrance are guaranteed. As well as the Spinato di Gandino corn, we also cultivate and use ancient varieties of corn for our products such as Rostrato Rosso di Rovetta and Nostrano dell’Isola.
