"A return to the ‘70s, to the taste of ingredients cultivated and processed with traditional methods". On the basis of this philosophy, we are creating a new way of doing business, with respect for the environment and with a desire to rediscover the flavours of the past. In order to be successful, we need to accept less abundant crops, go back to processing ingredients with as few steps as possible, maintaining intact the nutritional values of the organic produce.

This has led to a modern concept for processing whole grains. Thanks to the new press, made entirely in Italy by a group of specialised artisans, we have managed to achieve the processing of unrefined corn. We use the corn collected from the field and dried naturally, which is cleaned with the use of specialised machinery and then placed in the press, where the perfect balance of temperature (more than 250°C), moisture and pressure is reached. This causes the kernels to burst, fusing together naturally and creating our famous crackers (also known as “Spinettes”).

By using this method, the passage from the field to the table is just one simple process, maintaining all the nutritional properties of the corn and the fragrance that renders our organic products unique on the market.
