Rice is a precious component in our wholegrain crackers: it contains a large number of mineral salts, vitamins (A, B, E, K and J) and is rich in fibre, favouring digestion and the correct assimilation of nutritional substances. It is gluten free, has a low glycaemic index and also helps to regulate blood-sugar levels. Magnesium, present in significant quantities, stimulates brain function, while melatonin aids in regulating the cycle of sleep and wakefulness.

The right amounts of rice and buckwheat combined with the ancient corn in our buckwheat crackers allow the beneficial substances in the product to be maximised, at the same time reducing aspects such as a low calorie content and glycaemic levels - which can increase when processing rice - to a minimum.
