WHY CHOOSE AGRIGAL SPINATO CORN CRACKERS?
Corn is rich in minerals (potassium, sodium, zinc, selenium, manganese, copper, phosphorous, magnesium, calcium and iron) and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6, as well as E, K, and J. It also contains beta-carotene, alpha-carotene, lutein and zeaxanthin. It provides excellent levels of energy and is rich in fibre. Above all, corn is gluten free and helps combat the emergence of hypertension and diabetes. AGRIGAL SPINATO CORN CRACKERS: THE AROMA OF VALGANDINO
Spinato corn is the heart of our company, the driver of the project that was set into motion in 2014 with a hectare of Spinato corn, harvested and selected entirely by hand. It encloses the fragrance of Bergamo polenta, cultivated in Valgandino as far back as 1632 and one of the main meals in the area. Now we are lucky enough to be able to eat it every day as a snack in cracker form.
