STIR-FREE ANCIENT CORN POLENTA

Ancient, high-quality Bergamasque corn from the Bergamasque Prealps, farmed naturally and milled whole. The corn flour obtained from the traditional stone mill guarantees a soft and tasty polenta. The heart of the ancient varieties of kernel, particularly rich in oil, allows the polenta to remain soft, meaning it only needs stirring once, halfway through cooking.

TARAGNA POLENTA

Flour for taragna polenta is made exclusively with organic ingredients, containing Spinato di Gandino corn, Rostrato Rosso corn and buckwheat, all cultivated with organic methods.
