All our locally grown corn varieties are main characters of our italian polenta. We grind them with stone and with a completely organic procedure. To make the taragna flour we chose these ancient corn varieties, harvested in our own valley. The “Spinato”, tasty and intense, the “Rostrato'' and buckwheat, with its unique taste. A classic lombard dish, in full respect of tradition.
