POLENTA TARAGNA

All our locally grown corn varieties are main characters of our italian polenta. We grind them with stone and with a completely organic procedure. To make the taragna flour we chose these ancient corn varieties, harvested in our own valley. The “Spinato”, tasty and intense, the “Rostrato'' and buckwheat, with its unique taste. A classic lombard dish, in full respect of tradition.

NATURAL POLENTA FLOUR TARAGNA

Naturally gluten-free, 100% organic, vegan and sustainable. The polenta obtained with taragna flour doesn’t only contain carbohydrates but also proteins and many minerals. Polenta, other than being tasty and hearty, is also a source of vitamins.
